Olga Lashkul

Attorney-at-law of Hedman Partners office in Ekaterinburg Olga is specializing in contract, corporate, competition and business law, real estate legalization.

She graduated in 2005 from the Ural State Law Academy with a degree in Justice and in 2008 passed a post graduation course there and got a degree of Master in Business law.

Olga has a successful experience in arbitrating, litigating, and negotiating at wide variety of disputes. She has successfully litigated many corporate, contract, competition and business matters throughout her career in famous Russian companies. Also she has a wide experience of collaboration with regulatory agencies.

Before joining Hedman Partners Olga has been working as a Senior lawyer in a leading Russian mobile telecommunications company with regard to corporate and civil law, competition affairs, advertisement law and contract law. Olga' s experience also enables her to consult in construction matters,  telecommunication regulation, real estate legalization and consumer law. Olga during her career was also providing a legal support to Finnish companies in Russia.
