What we expect

Besides excellent legal expertise, we require from you knowledge of at least three of our working languages (English, Swedish, Finnish, German, Russian, Estonian). You should have a strong academic background with the ability to put your skills into practice.

Our Trainee programme

Hedman Partners recruits one to two law students each year from Finnish universities for a 3–6 month trainee programme.
