HEDMAN OSBORNE CLARKE WILL CHANGE ITS NAME TO HEDMAN PARTNERS

Osborne Clarke Alliance and Hedman Osborne Clarke announced today that Hedman Osborne Clarke will move away from formal Alliance membership and change its name to Hedman Partners. At the same time, the firm will move to the status of preferred partner of the Osborne Clarke Alliance in the Baltic Sea area. Both parties will pursue their separate growth strategies in the CIS market.
