Anna Kraeva

Attorney-at-law, general manager of Hedman Partners office in Ekaterinburg.
Anna specializes in Russian and international corporate law, building of the holding structures abroad, international M&A transactions, structuring of cross-border transactions, registration and maintenance of companies in different jurisdictions, opening and maintenance of the bank accounts with foreign banks, contract law, drafting of the legal opinions on the law of different jurisdictions.

Kraeva Anna graduated from the Ural State Law Academy (Law and Business faculty) in 2001.  She passed the internship programs in Great Britain, Switzerland and Austria.

Anna has got the 9 year experience in law.  Before joining to Hedman Partners LLC she worked for the international law company as head of international corporate department. In different times Anna was engaged in legal support of international business transactions, was assigned as outsourcing legal adviser for a number of companies, conducted the educational seminars on different issues of law.    

Anna is a member of International Association of Young Lawyers, a  senior lecturer of the Ural State University.
