Mikhail Kozlov, off-counsel on bankruptcy and insolvency

Mikhail Kozlov specializes on companies' bankruptcy and insolvency, including presentation of debtors and creditors interests in arbitration court disputes. He has more, than 7 year experience in bankruptcy cases. Mikhail started his career as lawyer in the self - regulatory organization of insolvency administrators and continued as partner in the advocate bureau.

Mikhail has graduated from the Ural State Law Academy in 2002. In 2003 he started delivering lectures there. From 2004 Michail is the lecturer of the course for insolvency administrators within the Russian Law Academy of Ministry of Justice.

In the years 2008 and 2009 Mikhail worked as deputy director of Eurasian center of international and comparative law in Ural State Law Academy.

Mikhail is advocate.
