Miron Zhiltsov, off-counsel on labor law

Miron Zhiltsov specializes on Russian labor law, including but not limited to  presentation of entities and individuals in courts in labor disputes,  providing of legal opinions and advises under labor law issues. Miron practices labor and other areas of Russian law more than 10 years.

Miron graduated from the Ural State Law Academy, Law and Business faculty in 1998. In 2002 he passed PhD degree in law, in 2009 was assigned as professor assistant at the Ural State Law Academy, Labor Law faculty, there he is working at the moment. In 2008 he was enrolled to the doctorate and now is preparing the doctoral thesis. 

In 1998 Miron participated in training program in the Netherlands, University of Leiden. In 2009 he passed the mediation course in the Ural State Law Academy,  he is accredited with the Center of legal technologies and mediation at the Ural State Law Academy.
