Natalia Malgina

Natalia is an associate specialising in Finnish and Russian contract and corporate law, real-estate and mergers and acquisitions as well as labour and emigration law. She was educated at the State Moscow Academy of Law (2001) and in Helsinki University (FM 2005). Natalia is the representative of International Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Finland (since 1998) and the Chairman of the Board of Russian speaking Academic Association in Finland and a member of the Association of Finnish Lawyers. She has also the qualification of a Commissioner in Helsinki. Natalia has 8 years of experience in a wide variety of business, legal and financial matters for Russian and international companies.
